In addition to management services, Thyon Immobilier offers concierge services for co-owned properties.

Depending on the options chosen, these services can include :

• exterior maintenance (snow removal, lawn mowing, strimming, cleaning of the building’s surroundings, regular control of exterior lights, control of roofs and drains with a drone and interventions at height by approved personnel, etc…)
• interior maintenance (cleaning of common areas, regular control of heating, water and drainage installations, control of interior lights, maintenance of swimming pools and saunas, etc…)

Concierge services for individual properties

For owners of secondary residences, it is important to know that their property is carefully looked after while they are away, at least as much as it is to enjoy it fully during their stay.

That’s why we offer “à la carte” concierge services, adapted to the needs of each owner.

These services include :

• exterior maintenance (snow removal, lawn mowing, strimming, checking roof and drains, etc…)
• interior maintenance (turning on/off the heating, checking boiler system, preparing the house for owners’ arrival, cleaning services, maintenance of Jacuzzis, etc…)
