Co-owned properties management

We offer co-owned properties management services that include :

• Administrative management (bookkeeping, organisation and monitoring of various works, organisation of general assemblies and redaction of official reports, defending the interests of the co-ownerships with the various intervening parties, etc…);
• Concierge services (interior and exterior maintenance, cleaning of common areas, etc…).

Individual properties management

We allow you to fully enjoy your property, with an “à la carte” service adapted to your specific needs.

For individual properties, we offer a range of services:

• Rental;
• “Petite gérance” by which we take care of the accounting of your property (payment of bills, management of an internal account, etc…);
• Concierge services specifically for individual properties;
• Key deposit: secure storage of keys and handing over of keys to various parties with prior written authorisation from the owner and against signature.
